EWQL authorizieren...Ich habs geschafft!

Ich kann nicht mehr...

Sitz jetzt schon 5 Std bei der installation von EWQL.

Hab mich registriert, einen ilok account angelegt.

Alle möglich updates gemacht.

Auf meinem EWQL Account den ilok.com Login Namen eingeben, wird bestätigt

Was mach ich da falsch????

Wenn ich in Win auf den Authorization Wizard gehe, mein Email, soundsonline Passwort eingebe und unten den Authorization Code eingebe, kommt dieser text: The Authorization Code you entered was not found.

p.s.: ich finde auch keine gescheite Anleitung dazu

pps. Beim einloggen auf der ilok Seite sagt er mir das aktive x steuerelement am ilok ist nicht aktiviert?

Manche haben mit dem Browser ein Problem.
Noch kurz vor der Verzweiflung den Firefox deinstalliert.
Musst aber dann in die Heiha. Heute Dienst.
Hoffe, daß die kommende Nacht nicht auch so lange wird.

Vielleicht hat jemand trotzdem eine Idee, wie das mit dem ilok funktioniert.

Noch eine Frage: Muss ich EWQL dann mit dem >authorization wizard< und meinem Code aktivieren.
Oder geht das dann über den ilok, ich kenn mich da überhaupt nicht aus, mit dem Klumpert....:(

Ja ich hab den USB Dongle von Soundsonline mitgeschickt bekommen.
Er wurde erkannt, im Gerätemanger ist er auch drin (ohne Fragezeichen :wink: )
Hab gerade noch ein bisserl luft ind er Arbeit und suche nach eienr L
Wenn ich auf die ilok Seite gehe kommt nach einer Weile diese Meldung (wie bei vielen anderen)

Stöber grad nach einer Lösung für dieses problem in Google:

Das hängt alles irgendwie mit dem browser zusammen:

Alles mögliche mit aktive x deaktivieren.
Manche schreiben daß es mit Firefox nicht geht.
Andere auch mit IE nicht.
Bei einem anderen gings plötzlich und er weiss nicht warum.

Muss leider bis am Abend warten.

Werd halt zigmal probieren. Schaun was da los ist.
Vielleicht sogar die Firewall und Antivrus deaktivieren?

Wie gesagt, der Dongel ist im Gerätemanger, funktioniert eigentlich (Treiber am neusten Stand), bzw. da ist kein Frage/Rufzeichen.

Die Aktivierung auf dem erforderlichen iLok ist auf den ersten Blick etwas verwirrend. Man benötigt (natürlich) ein iLok-Konto und ein Konto bei East West. Ich weiss warum ich mich soo lange gegen eine ilok Software gesträubt hab....

Ich hab alles so gemacht wie in diesem Video:

Solche Videos findet man öfters, aber keine wie man diese Ilok authorization Fehler-Meldung loswird bzw. verhindert.

vermutlich liegt es an irgend welchen Sicherheitssachen...im Browser.

Muss wohl bis am Abend warten, vorher nach Lösungen suchen.

Auf der ilok.com Seite funktioniert alles bis 1:26, dann läuft der blaue Balken etwas länger und es kommt die fettgedruckte Meldung (siehe oben) ilok authorization blabla...

Ich komme garnicht bis zu dieser Meldung: You have a new License available

Hab über deiner Nachricht nochmals was ergänzt.

Vielleicht wird da etwas schlüssiger.

Der ilok schaut moderner aus, so ein eckicker dunkelblau/graueschwarz mit einem Deckel und kleiner Schlaufe zum wo anhängen.

(2nd Generation) wie auf der ilok.com Homepage, also eh den modernsten.

Nicht dieser hellblaue wie im Video.

Hab meine verpackung nicht bei der Hand.

Ich danke euch auf jeden Fall für die Hilfe, kann keider eh nix probieren.
Es wird irgendwie nur an den Sicherheitseinstellungen, Aktive X oder sowas liegen.

Probiers am Abend nochmals mit dem IE.

Hab jetzt beim IE acive x aktiviert, konnte den ilok endlich registrieren und aktivieren.

So, und wie weiss (soundsonline) EWQL jetzt, daß ich den hab?

Wenn ich EWQL aufmache und auf ein Instrument anklicke kommt diese Meldung:

Jetzt hab ich EWQL Gold offen, wähle im Browser meine Instrumente.
Kann auf der Klaviatur spielen, ohne dieser Fehlermeldung, hör aber nix...

Ich bin gerade auf der ilok Seite. Wie bekomm ich die Lizenz auf den ilok, ich kapiers echt nicht.

Wenn ich mich bei ilokcom einlogge steht daß ich keine Lizenz drauf hab.
Wie gehts das?

Wenn ich den Authorization Wizard von EW aufmache, sehe ich nur die 5 fenster für den EW Code, aber keines für den ilok key.

Wenn ich mich bei EW einlogge zu my account gehe kommt das:
